So...it took me a little bit with my slow internet connection and forgetting my password in order to be able and write a new post. Which is way over due. If anyone actually still reads this stuff..hehe!

Well, a lot sure has happened. We did move back up to alabama. We had a beautiful baby girl, Charlotte Irene.

Weighed 7'9oz and 12 in. long. 4 months gone by already and she is 25 3/4 in. and 12'6oz. She is getting so big and soo smart!! She is the new found JOY in my LIFE!

In other news, since I have not been involved in any form of ministry for a year now..it has really took a tole on my wife and I's spiritual life. It's been really rough...living and working in the real world and no longer sorrounded by so many positive and great influences such as the ones I had at JBC. It is difficult to adjust and difficult to fight off the attacks from the devil.

Moving on to a more positive note, however, I am starting as of 3 days ago looking into ministry fields and I can feel the Lord moving inside me. I have this BIG DESIRE to be ALL FOR HIM and GIVE ALL. There is this BIG uncertain DREAM that GOD is can USE ME GREATLY one day...All I've got holding me back is myself.

Ever since my internship to Ireland..the thought has not left my mind concerning going back and beginning a HUGE MOVEMENT there. If that were to ever happen..Going to Ireland to begin mission work...I do not wish to JUST start a church and have a service...etc. That I think will take care of itself..I feel that although preparing a sermon each Sunday is important is not the MAIN PURPOSE or BIG DEAL is is made out to be by elders/deacons and congregations. WE SHOULD BE OUTSIDE PREACHING more than we are INSIDE!!  After all it was Jesus whom said, "It is not the healthy that need care, but the sick."

A location such as Ireland (and beginning to be just about everywhere) with its History would need such a RADICAL EXAMPLE...GOD's LOVE, FAMILY, GIFT, MERCY.

This is really how I feel every body should be doing it. Not spending all time, money, etc. on the making the people inside happy/content and BUILDING plans, activities and so on. They should not be going into other countries starting churches just like we have here in America...For many reasons. But the big one being that in other countries, certain security critical ones, have much differnent struggles. And I do not think that going there and starting coffee houses, small gatherings, and having little parties is going to really have a dramatic impact or influence on people's lives and the Kingdom of God.

Just a few thoughts and feelings..g2g.

Hanging in there..!

ok...updating once again. I actually forgot a bit about this thing. But being back on reminds me of the so many good times and good feelings it brought me writing out my thoughts and reading your encouraging responses. : )

So, things are still proving difficult down here in PSL fl. The church jobs did not work out. I have been working hard at Dominos Pizza. I recently recieved a promotion w/in Boys and Girls Club to be their Teen Director at thier Club House. Which is pretty Sweet! Although these kids are very different from the ones we are all used to teaching. These kids vary from thier home/family environments....etc. THey have much thicker shells. This will defintely be a good learning experience and will most likely prove to be a good stepping stone in my life.

I am still looking for church positions. Looking at moving closer to home. My wife and I agree that we need people in our life that are encouraging us emtionally and spiritually. We do not have that here. If we move closer to home atleast till her collge is finished we will have family visits more often. Perhaps I will get a job that allows me to work freely in the the Christian environment and provide Health benefits....??

Well, this is a little quickly put, but i had a lot to say and not a whole lot of time to write it all. But, i do hope that some of you will respond to this, leave some notes and perhaps give some advice. I do have a new cell # so if you have me on facebook - message me and ill give it you!!

~ peace and love everyone.

It has seriously been a serious amount of time since I last wrote anything on here.
For those that have been dedicated to knowing anything about my ware abouts, I'm sorry for any inconvenience or WOrry I may have caused you!! And I mean that sincerelly.

I have packed a bag, literally...and am down in florida looking for a ministry job. My wonderful girlfreind, Kristen, is going to college for FREE!! And, I am engaged in a process for a Youth Ministry position with a church in Deland, Fl...!!! Pretty exciting and nerve wrecking I might add...Crazy that I am at this point, but what else point should I be at, after Bible College...?? Heh!

So, I am doing my best to see where God wants to place me..and trying to stay faithful through it all.

                     - Please keep me in your prayers, brothers and sisters.

p.s.

I'll try and do better about journaling and keeping you all informed again...I promise! ; -)

Well..Re-cap on my life for the past several weeks:

Got a job, finaly..working for Quizno's in Maryville. It is nice. Good people..well, pretty good. ; ) It's looking good though..I mean as good as a secular job can i guess. They want to make me a manager real soon, so that's cool. I work a lot...like everyday basicaly.
Other than work I am over at Dan and Drew's trailor. Which f.y.i. I am going to permanently move in...for how long will I stay you might be thinking........well, i dunno..sorry.
All we pretty much do here is watch movies together..its fun. Come over if you like!

Umm...i helped Dan go get his RX7 in Nashville bout two weeks ago..that was one crazy adventure. I'm not going to tell you here. Just ask me next time you see if you think about it.
and...lets see...I'm sure a few other things took place lately, but nothing to realy mention here.

If you ever want to know anything...seriously just call me b/c id love talking w/ you. I dont desire any freindship to dwindle away. Don't ask other people when you can simply talk to me.

I think that's all i wish to say.

Tonight was so much fun!! Elisabeth Johnson, Nick and Laura Farr, and myself went to Molly Malone's (an Irish restaraunt) and had dinner. Man it has been for frekin ever since I had irish food!! Nick and I ate Shephards pie which was incredible, I thought so atleast..heh! While, Elisabeth and Laura ordered Fish and Chips and they had to of course...constantly use Vinegar..Nasty!
Anyways, we ate there..then as we left, I noticed next store was a Celtic store..and Elisabeth and I shared stories w/ the owner bout Ireland who was born there..!! And what was realy incredible is that they...had....my...MORO BARS!!!..AAAAAHH!..haha! I bought 2! : ) After that, we went to this place Nick wanted to take us to: a Bosnian restaraunt, where we each had coffee: They had Turkish coffee which is stronger than what I drank, Bosnian Coffee..but both are crazy black and gritty.hehe! But actually w/ two cubes of sugar isnt that bad. i liked it in fact! And Nick talked w/ the owner lady there who the ppl who were they at the time all were from Bosnia..pretty cool..huh?! We had some Bosnian desert, i cant remember what it was called but some kind of sugary twinkie type cake stuff which was realy good, also a pudding spoungey cake w/ chocalate syrup around it...all great! And when Nick went up to pay, the lady only charged us for the coffee which is like $4!! What a CULTURAL EVENING!..hadn't had one of those in a long long time..hehe!
All this time spent at Team Expansion, and this evening..reminising w/ Elisabeth about our FUN FUN times in Ireland...hehe!...realy got me thinking..Now, as i just a minute ago was on my facebook glancing at my pictures from my summer there..just got me real transcendent about that time.
That was really by far..hands down..The Most AMAZING TIME that i have like, lived before!!! I can remember it all like yesterday...and I can see myself in any place. I still have dreams of the freinds I made there and the missionaries and their families. Especially the family I stayed with. Mark, Casey, and Madison: Occasionaly after I returned from Ireland till present, I'd have dreams of me like...protecting them or just being w/ them. I wake up, and i miss them.
They now are living in the Louisville area, so when I begin my residence here I will most definitely have to visit!!

Thursday - I had my interview with UPS...it went realy well. The lady was extremely nice. I mentioned my plans for moving here, once I said Southern Seminary she helped me decided on a shift and everything. It was good. Although, when I asked "How soon can I hear anything of hiring..?" She mentioned that it could be, "two weeks to 2 months". So, ill be returning to knoxville to begin working hopefuly at StarBucks where I desire to pick up the Trade of coffee..hehe! Also, friday afternoon Jon Grogg and I sat down for a chat..where we just discussed my interest in working some time soon with Team Expansion. I can't realy say much, because I don't know much..I just really know, that right now I want to be able to help somewhere in the Home office..So upon moving here, I'll just be volunteering for a bit..getting to know how things work and function around there..later, being part-time and further..well, hopefuly something amazing!..which I'm sure it will be!!
I also began looking at Apartments in the area. I must consider proximity to the Seminary and the TE Office now and later. Also, it'd be nice for it to be no higher than a $500 price range and a place that allows CATS :- )

So...just something i'd thought i'd share with you all. Be praying please.
Pray for:
Nick and Laura - trying to be approved, find, afford and buy a house and move in by end of february. also Nick's mother: health.
Jen Hill - foot problem: dimishing pain, treatment and healing.
Tyler Smart's Mother - diagnosed w/ diabetes: restoration and health.
Myself - Spiritual formation and restoration; Direction (all that entails) and Job.

I love you so very much everybody!

~ peace and love
